Michael is a Co-Founder of McCree Mirikian Strategies and serves as the firm's CEO and Principal Director of the firm's Domestic Division. Michael is an expert political strategist with over a decade of experience in electoral, legislative, and communications strategy, helping to build and direct some of the most visible electoral and legislative campaigns over the last ten years. Most notably, Michael was a lead advisor to Jessica Jackson and Van Jones in 2018 on the campaign that passed the FIRST Step Act through Congress. The New York Times called the legislation “the most substantial reform bill in a generation.”
